Our Provenance

Our company was founded in 2007 to run in tandem with our sister property development enterprise. Although we are a comparatively new venture, our team has built up expertise over many years in the industry, working on large, demanding and bespoke projects. We coalesced our talents in response to a demand in the industry for a flexible, co-ordinated and professionally managed approach to high-end construction projects.

With our focussed customer service and vast trades resource, we are ideally placed to tackle the large or complex project that may be beyond the scope of other firms.

In our opinion, quality of work and quality of service go hand-in-hand. Building an enduring working relationship with our clients is at the heart of our company vision.

We understand that effective communication is crucial to the success of every venture; our senior management, site managers and foremen are dedicated professionals, who can oversee every aspect of a project and ensure that all parties stay fully informed and consulted at every turn.

Our tradespeople are all qualified or accredited within their own field of specialty and are hand chosen for their professionalism, reliability and high standard of workmanship as well as their on-site conduct. They are all experienced problem-solvers, who take a real pride in the quality of their work and strive to exceed expectations in terms of detailing and finish.

Our flexible approach means that, whatever the location or remit – whether it is the complete refurbishment of a historic building or a complex demolition operation - we can provide a team with a skill-set that exactly meets the specification of the project. This unique method ensures that we minimise delay, maximise cost-effectiveness and reliability and ensure seamless cross-trade communication.

Our overarching aim, is of course, to work in partnership with our clients to achieve the best possible result: top quality, dependable workmanship; on time; on budget, and undertaken in a manner that ensures all parties concerned in the project are treated with consideration and respect.

Environment and Health & Safety

We realise that environmental concerns play a large part in our industry. Not only are we considerate to the surrounding communities by proactively managing noise and disruption, we also seek ways to reduce our waste, and the need for additional vehicles for its removal, by recycling appropriate materials for use on site. For example, on projects that require demolition, we crush waste hardcore into fine aggregates and shred waste timber into compost.

Our Health and Safety record is unblemished, and we carry out full risk assessments for all projects. We carry Public Liability and Product Liability Insurance to £5m and Employers Liability Insurance to £10m.
